What a Great Day here at the Park.A Great Way to bring the Moral up Here.I would like to Praise Ashley Medrano and Gabriela Herrera for their Kindness ,A listening ear when you have issue.Those Too Make a Great Team here at Fresno RV Park.What they did today for all of us here in the park was Outstanding.I can’t “Thank Those Too enough”. Excellent place, very clean and accessible, very tidy and all the neighbors very respectful. About a month ago I mentioned to our park manager Gabriella at Fresno Mobile Estates that the gravel in my parking area had washed out over time. She came and checked it and took some pictures and said she would see what she could do. Today a gravel truck showed up with a load of granite gravel. Two park employees laid down a plastic weed barrier and did an excellent job of spreading it out. The Park went way above my expectations.

Have not moved in but dealing with staff has been a pleasure. The Gettysburg location is sister to Blackstone North off of Sierra both in Fresno were so good to deal with. From Heather at Blackstone location to Gabriela at Fresno Mobile Estates at Gettysburg location to Supervisor Ashleigh they all went out of their way to help and very responsive. Also impressive was their commitment to bettering their parks. Although we had a change of plans and did not move in, felt it necessary to commend them all for their efforts to help us. Thank you! Well im officially about 1 month in to my stay here at FME, and things are great! Very clean and very quite thus far. Ashley and Gabriela are very easy to talk to and a pleasure to work with. I look forward to many more enjoyable months to come living here and working with them it the future. Also cant forget to mention the Maint. Man, he is very friendly and very helpful. Our park here is managed by the some of the best management I have seen in years. Gabriella listens to issues we may be having and addresses them to get the issue resolved in the best way. Its been a real Blessing to be here at Fresno Mobile Estates under this newer management.

Heather is very professional, respectful, accommodating, and prompt with communication. Currently there isn't a manager at Fresno Mobile Estates (FME), so Heather has to take charge of multiple sites. She works diligently, making sure to answer any questions we have while ensuring a smooth process for our move in. We are staying long term in our RV, so we wanted to find a place that feels safe, clean, and generally well taken care of. During our search, FME and Blackstone North RV Park, both currently managed by Heather, looked to be the best. FME is a bit tucked away, just off of N Blackstone Ave. It's close to shopping and restaurants, which is really convenient. We look forward to staying here.

Mobile State 1898, is in a good place, clean and safe, some expensive, but, is great, above all the attention and interest that the manager gives to the clients is great, it is clear that he cares about maintaining order and resolving the concerns of the inhabitants.

I've lived here since 2017. It was originally a park built for trailers, and now they're adding a bunch of double-wide housing. that's fine and all but i would definitely recommend visiting here before committing to anythin. Imagine going about your day-to-day activities thoroughly. In some of these units it's hard to get out of your front door, I've seen. I love this place dearly, the lot 157 is one i recommend. The aesthetic changes confuse me very much, the pool area in particular stands out because the bench used to be next to the laundromat so it was covered from the elements. Now they've moved it under a tree so its covered in bird poop and rain. Theres pros and cons to this place for sure. If i didn't have such nostalgia and sentimentality to it, I'd probably rate the stars lower. But the community was great when i was younger. I cant speak about now, there's many new people now, people who im too shy to speak to, but im sure they're nice. This is definitely one of the best parks in the area.

The manager at Fresno Mobile Estates has truly made this a five-star experience not only did she help us expedite our move in and got us in and such a fast time that she saved us a lot of money and then on top of it she made the entire experience easy comforting and reassuring. She is exactly what you look for in a rental manager because she's doesn't constantly badgering you but also make sure everything's taken care of and it properly fashion and make sure that the part is well taken care of and nice and clean. By far the best experience that we've had with any property we believe it is the nicest property in Fresno and it's so well taken care of and they're on top of everything so well that everything is a smooth transition and you feel comfortable in every transaction and every decision that's made and they're willing to work with you on everything and she's so helpful with all the information that she has pretty much I would recommend this place to anybody especially in the times we're going through when customer service isn't a thing anymore and they proved that wrong here because customer service is a thing and you are taken care of and they do help you so if you're looking or are wondering if this is a place you would want to live we have high standard and this place meet every single one by far and the nice thing is is the property spaces are actually pretty big compared to others sorry for the long review but this place well deserves it especially their manager for all the effort you put in and the guidance that she's given we can't be more appreciative and grateful. I recently moved here and the move couldn’t be more easy. Although there were some hiccups, they were easily resolved by Ana, the park manager, and the manufacturer of the home. I’ve already recommended a few family members to live here because this is a friendly and quiet park. All in all, I would recommend anyone I know to live here.

This is a very clean park with a very friendly staff.  I have lived in many similar parks and I have to say the staff here is friendly, attentive and engaged in what they do.  The Manager, Ana is awesome and made me feel at home.  The grounds are well kept by staff member Tim.  They are both attentive and show care for the tenants who live here.
